Services which was developed and introduced in
1994. NCS was the first organization to
provide income & ID verification through the IRS
on a nationwide basis. Since that time,
NCS has added over 150 TRV Alliance
Partners who retail TRV
Services to their customers throughout the
United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Our value to our customers is enhanced
through our attorney, Oscar Marquis, who was
formerly General Counsel of Trans Union for
almost 25 years and is a partner at Oldaker,
Biden & Belair, LLP law firm in Washington, DC.
Mr. Marquis and his firm enable NCS to use a
full range of legal, consulting and lobbying
services. NCS leverages this advantage to
augment governmental relations as a means in
which to enhance customer services.
Additionally, Mr. Marquis counsels NCS specific
to Gramm-Leach-Bliley financial privacy
regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act
and other consumer law to ensure NCS and its
customers protection from regulatory
non-compliance issues.
Further customer
protections are provided through the errors and
omissions insurance carried by NCS.
